How to Use a View-Only Google Sheets Template

To edit the template, simply make a copy for yourself:

  1. Click on File > Make a copy.
  2. Enter a new name for your file.
  3. Click the Make a copy button.

Your personal copy will now be fully editable.

You received a PDF file instead of a direct Google Sheets link.

Here’s why:
Google Sheets is an online tool, and to prevent broken links, we deliver our templates through a PDF file containing the access link.

How to Open Your Template:

  1. Open the Download PDF file.
  2. Look for the “CLICK HERE” button.
  3. Click the button to be taken directly to your Google Sheets template.
