What to include when you contact EverReachCraft
- The name of the template or service, as it appears on your order.
- Your order number, if you have already bought something. It is in your order email and under My account → Orders.
- Whether you use Excel or Google Sheets, and on which computer or device.
- What you were doing and what you see on the screen. A short list of the steps helps.
- For RiggiTruckBooks: whether you use it on an iPhone, an iPad or an Android device.
- For a custom build: a short summary of your workflow and the reports you need. The custom project request form also asks for your budget and timeline.
Training ($75 per hour) and maintenance or troubleshooting ($150 per hour, $250 for priority requests): ask through the form, and you receive a time estimate and an invoice before work begins.
