Gmail Address for Script Access (Specific Products Only): For our Platinum and GOLD Trucking Scheduler templates, we collect your Gmail address (which may be different from your purchase email) to grant you access to proprietary scripts. You provide this Gmail address either at checkout or via email after purchase. This Gmail address is stored in a spreadsheet on our Google Drive and is used solely to maintain your access permissions to use the script library. We cannot see how you use the templates or any data within your copies. This access is provided for the lifetime of the product unless you request removal or a refund.

Note: As we sell digital products (Excel and Google Sheets templates), we do not collect or require shipping addresses. All products are delivered electronically via email or download links. Except for the two Trucking Scheduler templates mentioned above, we do not track your use of templates after download or monitor how you use the files.

Google Services: For customers of our Platinum and GOLD Trucking Scheduler templates, your Gmail address is stored in a spreadsheet on our Google Drive account to manage script access permissions. This data is stored securely within our Google Workspace and is not shared with third parties beyond Google’s infrastructure.
Legal Compliance & Protection: Where required to comply with laws, regulations, legal proceedings, or governmental requests, or to protect our rights, property, safety, or the rights of others.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your personal information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our Site before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Retention Periods by Category

Order and Transaction Data: 7 years from the date of purchase for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes.
Gmail Access List (Trucking Scheduler Products Only): For customers who purchase our Platinum or GOLD Trucking Scheduler templates, your Gmail address is retained on our access list indefinitely to maintain your lifetime script access. You may request removal at any time by contacting us at support@everreachcraft.com. Upon removal or refund request, your access to the script library will be revoked.
Marketing Communications Data: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until 2 years of inactivity, whichever comes first.
Customer Support Communications: 3 years from the last communication.
Website Analytics Data: Up to 26 months (Google Analytics standard retention).
Account Data: Until you request account deletion, or until 3 years of account inactivity.
