Privacy Policy

Information You Enter

The App allows you to enter information such as:

• Home addresses
• Purchase prices
• Mortgage and loan information
• Closing costs and other expenses
• Repair and renovation estimates
• Savings and down payment amounts
• Wants and needs
• Pros and cons
• Notes
• Other information used to compare homes

This information is stored in the App’s private storage on your device and is never sent to us. We do not operate servers that receive it, and the App does not require an account or sign-in. The exceptions, where information goes to Apple, Google, or a destination you choose, are described in the sections below on address suggestions, device backups, and sharing.

Because this information stays on your device:

• We cannot view or access it.
• We cannot recover it if it is lost.
• It is not shared with other users or devices through the App.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your location
• Your contacts
• Your photos
• Your financial account or payment details
• Advertising identifiers
• Analytics or usage information
• Tracking information

The App does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking services. The third-party services it uses are Apple’s and Google’s purchase systems (App Store and Google Play), and, on iPhone and iPad only, Apple Maps for address suggestions. Each is described below.

We do not sell or share personal information.

Address Suggestions (iPhone and iPad Only)

On iPhone and iPad, as you type an address, the text you type is sent to Apple Maps (Apple’s MapKit service) so that Apple can suggest matching addresses. The request goes directly to Apple; we do not receive or store it. The App does not use your device’s location for this feature. Apple’s handling of this information is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

The Android version does not offer address suggestions, and the addresses you type are not sent anywhere.

Purchases

The App offers a one-time purchase ($4.99) to unlock the full version.

• iPhone and iPad: the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Android: the purchase is processed by Google through Google Play Billing.

The App never receives your payment details, such as your card number, bank account, or Apple or Google account password. Apple or Google only tells the App whether the unlock was purchased, so the App can turn on the full version and restore it later. Apple and Google handle purchase information under their own privacy policies.

PDF Reports and Sharing

The App can create a PDF report of the information you entered. The report is created on your device and is not sent to us.

A report is shared only if you choose to share it, through your device’s own share options (for example email, messages, or a files app), and only to the destination or person you choose. Once you share a report, the privacy practices of the recipient and of the service you used apply to that copy.

Data Storage and Security

Information you enter is stored in the App’s private storage on your device. Nothing you enter is sent to us, and we do not keep a copy of your home comparison data. The security of this information also depends on your device’s security, such as your passcode and the security of your Apple or Google account.

Device Backups

If you have your device’s own backup turned on (iCloud Backup or a computer backup on iPhone and iPad; Google or Android backup on Android), the App’s data may be included in that backup. Backups are kept under your own Apple or Google account and are subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms and privacy policies. We cannot access them.

Keeping and Deleting Your Data

Your information stays on your device until you delete it or remove the App.

• To delete a home, use the delete option for that home in the App.
• To delete all of the App’s data, uninstall the App from your device.

Copies may remain in your device backups according to your own backup settings.

Because we do not hold any of your data, there is nothing to request that we delete. If you have questions, contact us at support@everreachcraft.com.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Third-Party Services

The App works on your device. Some features rely on services provided by Apple or Google:

• Apple (iPhone and iPad): Apple Maps address suggestions, App Store purchases, the share sheet, and device backups if you turn them on.
• Google (Android): Google Play Billing purchases, the share sheet, and device backups if you turn them on.

App Store and Google Play Privacy Information

This policy matches the App’s store privacy information: on the App Store, “Data Not Collected”; on Google Play (Data safety), no data collected and no data shared. Purchase information handled by Google Play’s billing system is handled by Google, not collected by the App.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features or privacy practices change. Updates are posted on this page, at the same web address, with a new effective date at the top. If a future version of the App begins collecting information, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that version is released.
