RiggiTruckBooks (“Riggi,” “the app”) is made by EverReachCraft, LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Riggi.
The short version
Riggi keeps your business records on your iPhone. We don’t have accounts, we don’t run servers that store your data, and we don’t collect, see, sell or share the information you enter. Nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to send it.
Information you enter
To keep your books, you may enter information such as loads, rates, revenue and expenses, fuel purchases, drivers, trucks, brokers, your company name, logo and contact details, and notes.
This information is stored only on your device, in the app’s own storage. We never receive it.
What we don’t collect
Riggi does not:
– Require an account or sign-in
– Collect your name, email, location, contacts or device identifiers
– Use advertising, ad tracking or third-party analytics tools
– Sell or share your information with anyone
Features that send information only when you choose
Some features use your iPhone’s own tools, and only when you tap them:
– Send feedback opens the Mail app with a message you write. Only what you write is sent, and only if you send it.
– Texting opens the Messages app with a message you can review before sending.
– Exports (PDF and Excel) create files you can share through the iPhone Share sheet, to whomever you choose.
– Backups save a copy of your data where you choose: on your device, or in your own iCloud Drive. iCloud storage is provided by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. We can’t access it.
– Restoring a backup lets you pick a backup file from your device or iCloud Drive.
– Company logo lets you pick a picture from your Photos. Riggi keeps a copy on your device to show on your reports.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We don’t receive your payment details. Apple may tell us that a purchase was made so the app can unlock it.
Crash and usage statistics from Apple
If you’ve chosen in your iPhone’s settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may give us general crash reports and usage statistics. These don’t include the business records you enter in Riggi.
Keeping and deleting your information
Your information stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete entries in the app at any time. Deleting the app removes its data from your device. Backups you saved yourself, on your device or in iCloud Drive, stay there until you delete them.
Because your data exists only on your device and in backups you control, keep your backups up to date. We can’t recover lost data for you.
Security
Your data is protected by your iPhone’s built-in security, such as your passcode, Face ID or Touch ID. Anyone who can unlock your phone can open the app, so protect your device.
Children
Riggi is a business app for adults and isn’t intended for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date above.
