Platinum trucking dispatcher for up to 15 trucks a day, shown on a laptop: ETA estimates, hours-of-service rules with a 70/8 or 60/7 rolling recap, one-click scheduler reset and automatic archiving. Runs in Google Sheets with no monthly software fees.

Important information: this scheduler supports planning for U.S. Hours of Service workflows, but accuracy and compliance cannot be guaranteed in every case. Users verify all results; it is not legal or compliance advice.

Platinum and Gold trucking dispatchers compared, with a video tutorial in the description: both include the HOS rules tracker, projected ETA, recap rules, violation alerts and distance calculator; only Platinum adds automatic archiving, one-click clearing and delivery summaries.

Plan ETAs with hours-of-service rules built in: choose 70/8 or 60/7 recap rules and standard or custom HOS settings; the projected arrival time and trip duration are calculated, with automatic reset logic.

ETA estimates: enter city and state or a full address and the Google API calculates distance and average speed; a drive plan shows each day's drive and break times under the 11/14 rules.

Customize your drive plan: enter custom drive hours, rest hours and break minutes; alerts flag possible Hours of Service issues such as driving past 14 hours or without a 30-minute break.

Recapture tracking: a trip recap summary for 70-hour/8-day or 60-hour/7-day limits, with drive hours per session, rolling on-duty totals and status icons.

Trucking scheduler with a mini dashboard: weekly settings, load revenue, truck status, top destinations by rate per mile, top drivers by miles, 7 daily tables for up to 15 trucks, and an automatic delivery summary to send to customers.

Google API distance and speed calculation, capped at 65 mph by default: enter city and state or a full address; distance and speed can also be entered manually.

Two clicks: one archives last week's schedule and one clears the calendar to start fresh.

One-time purchase with no subscription: the trucking scheduler shown on a laptop and tablet.

Google Sheets only, with script permissions required: drive-time calculations, HOS rules, recapture rules, trip plans and ETAs need the built-in scripts authorized. A video guide is included, and a tutorial is linked in the description.
